DICCI and Mahabfic will create the “World’s 1st & largest Bitcoin Mining Training Software (BMTP) to get self-employment,” according to the announcement posted in the Policy Times. This program seeks to “enable the rural population particularly the childhood in the farming community to make income from their villages or hometown, this would create new economic development in these areas.” Shri Milind Kamble, chairman and DICCI founder, commented:
A Indian chamber of commerce is launching a bitcoin mining training plan from 30 cities around India. The aim is to instruct young people about bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, blockchain engineering, crypto mining, and entrepreneurship to enable the rural people for self-employment.
Malik based Mahabfic, a stage promoting investments in the State of Maharashtra to get blockchain, fintech, initial coin offerings (ICOs) and cryptocurrency. “We aren’t promoting the technology, we’re promoting the State of Maharashtra since the ideal destination for investing in development of technology & promotion,” the site states.
Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) is cooperating with social leaders and also the treasurer to get Democrats Abroad India, Dr. Tausif Malik, to launch a training plan to get bitcoin mining in 30 cities around India, local media reported.

Launched in 2005, DICCI is a business association that encourages business enterprises for Dalits, a specific minority caste in India occasionally known as a depressed class. In some countries, Dalits number around 32 percent of the population, according to 2011 Indian census info.
The application “will educate the students about blockchain engineering, bitcoin/cryptocurrency mining, entrepreneurship, startups and business establishment,” the announcement also clarified, adding that “the first training program will be held in the month of May in Pune,” the town where DICCI is situated.
